Sewing Machine Basics

Want to get more comfortable with the ins and outs of your sewing machine? This is the class for you. Bring your sewing machine with you and get comfortable with your sewing bestie. We’ll cover everything from threading your machine correctly, to the stitches it has, simple trouble shooting and maintenance tips and what all those little things that come with your machine are! You’ll be able to gain a deeper understanding of how your machine runs through this class.

Prerequisites: None!

Duration: 2 hours

Location: TBD within the Barrie area, students will be contacted with location.

General Class Policy and Cancellation

In order to give you the best experience possible, we require that students for classes come with their material ready (a detailed email is sent with what you’ll need). Students in our Learn to Sew and Sewing Machine Basics series need no prior sewing experience but students in other classes will require a basic knowledge of sewing, either by taking the Learn to Sew or have equivalent experience.

Class cancellations are non refundable. Students can cancel up to prior 72hrs prior to their class with the fee being transferred over into a store credit, students that cancel after 72hrs or do not show up forfeit their fee.
